I've been anticipating this book ever since Michael announced he was going to write it. Michael shares valuable information on "quick fix" diets and explains the reason WHY they don't last. He also provides knowledge on the benefits of choosing Whole Foods as a lifestyle; specifically highlighting the sweet potato as a staple food source. The recipes are amazing and can be used by anyone big or small. Either way...you will experience positive results!
